Turn on all notifications
Enable all transaction and login alerts. You'll know within seconds if anything unexpected happens on your account.
Never share your password
MercuryFinance will never ask for your full password by phone, email, or text. If anyone asks, it's a scam — report it immediately.
Spot phishing attempts
Always check the sender's email address. MercuryFinance emails only come from @mercuryfinance.com. Never click links from unexpected texts.
Use a unique, strong password
Use a password manager to create a 20+ character random password for your MercuryFinance account. Never reuse passwords.
Review transactions weekly
Spend 5 minutes each week reviewing your transactions. Report anything you don't recognize immediately through the app.
